10' X 10'
The key to becoming a better player is personal training. ATEC's personal training equipment makes this possible in the constrained, yet most popular field in the world, your backyard! With a space as small as 10 ft. by 10 ft., even the most seasoned professional can hone their skills to reach the next level. Below are some recommendations of possible set-ups for an area with the size of 10'x10'.
Set-up #1:
- Catch Net (AT4850)
- Tuffy Multi Tee (AT7377)
- Pro Ball Basket (AT8009) filled with the real baseballs or softballs
The Tuffy MultiTee is set-up just in front of the Catch Net. The hitter refines their swing with the repetition of hitting balls into the net.
Set-up #2:
- Oversize Multi-Sport Net (AT4020)
- Varsity Multi-Position Tee (AT7028)
- Tuffy Dimpled Baseballs/Softballs (AT0380/AT0387)
The Varsity Multi-Position Tee is set-up in front of the Oversize Multi-Sport Net. The hitter practices their swing with the repetition of hitting the dimpled balls into the net.
Set-up #3:
- Batting Practice Screen (AT2061)
- Ultimate Soft Toss Machine (AT2347)
- Panel Softball/Baseball (AT2003)/(AT2004)
The Ultimate Soft Toss Machine is set-up in front of the Batting Practice Screen. With the timed mechanism on the machine, which toss' the balls routinely at set intervals, the hitter works on refining their swing by hitting balls into the net as well as hitting specific panels of the ball denoted by color. The hitter may also hit any part of the ball, calling out the color of the ball.
40' X 10'
Enough space for your own personal batting cage! The ideal amount of space to fit one of ATEC's Back Yard cage's and take swings against a machine. There is no better way to simulate game like situations, than facing real heat or devastating curves, from any of the machines in the ATEC arsenal. Pitchers can also get they work in with this space, and work on locating the high and tight fastball or the 0-2 curve on the black.

- Radius 270° Baseball/Softball Machine (AT8801)
With the Radius 270° set-up at about 35-38 ft., hitters drill fastballs at 65 mph (feels like 90 mph from 60' 6"), or work on taking the dirty deuce the other way. All that's needed is a partner and a bucket of balls (real or dimpled), and players' are on their way.
Set-up #2:
- 70' Back Yard Cage (AT7010)
- Pitcher's L-Screen (AT7542)
- Axis Baseball or Softball Machine (AT2001/AT2002)
Sixty feet six inches mean sixty feet six inches. There's no faking it with the 70' Back Yard Cage. If you got the space, flaunt it. Players' can work on their timing, tracking, and ball drilling with the Axis delivering accurate pitch after pitch up to 70 mph. All day long.

The perfect set-up for any softball player at any level. Player's can work on hitting the drop, riser, or slider that the Hitting Streak is known for. Since the Hitting Streak exclusively throws the SFT balls, players don't have to worry about their game bat wearing down or denting.
