Returns

If you would like to return an item, please, contact customer service at 1-800-755-5100. Reasons for allowable returns will be handled on an item by item basis. If customer service determines a valid cause for a return, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the consumer. The consumer will also be responsible for repackaging, shipment, and payment for shipment back to ATEC.


Order Management

  • How can I pay for my order?
    ATECSPORTS.com invites you to pay for your order using either PayPal, or a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit or debit card.
  • How is tax calculated?
    Sales tax is determined based on your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the sales tax you see in your shopping cart is an estimate; you will see the final sales tax when you place your order.
  • Can I place a tax exempt order?

  • Where can I check the status of my order?
    After logging in to ATECSPORTS.com, your order tracking number can be found in "My Account" under "Order History." Please note that items from the same order may ship separately.

Shipping

Shipping/Processing Information
  • Saturday Delivery is not available at this time
  • Only U.S. Domestic Shipments are accepted
  • APO and PO Addresses are not accepted
  • ATEC will include a Shipment Detail label which include shipment contents for easy reference

Shipping Methods, Cost and Delivery
  • Upon entering your shipping address on the website, we calculate and present the shipping cost based on standard UPS rates
  • Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the merchandise ordered, distance from our warehouse and shipping priority requested
  • All orders are shipped via UPS in the following defined methods
  • Ground - Shipped via ground transport to defined address, delivery time ranges from 1 - 6 days
  • Second Day Delivered by 4:30 PM (local time) in 2 business days to most areas (by 7:00 PM to residences)
  • Overnight - Shipped via Standard Overnight delivered next-business day by 3:00 PM (local time) to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 PM (local time) to rural areas

Wrong Address

In the event that a wrong address is entered, and although it is a valid address, ATEC does not assume responsibility in the event this occurs

If you did not receive your shipment, or after receiving the confirmation email from UPS and noticed your address was incorrect, please contact ATEC customer service immediately for assistance


Limited Warranty

All ATEC products come with a limited warranty protecting it from manufacturers defects. To complete the warrany form, please click here.

  • Proof of Purchase is required. Warranty is not transferable.
  • During this warranty period ATEC will repair or replace with new or refurbished components, at ATEC’s sole discretion, any component found to be defective without cost to the owner, provided the defective product is returned to the factory at the owners expense.
