Limited Warranty
Certain ATEC machines carry a five (5) year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer on all structural components, and a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer on all netting, electronic, and wear components (i.e. throwing wheels, motors, speed controls, and moving parts). Most ATEC screens, balls and T3 Series batting tees carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer.*

This will set our customer care team in motion to determine whether your product is covered by the ATEC Limited Warranty. Make sure to include photos showing the damage so we can accurately assess your case.
