Hi.Per Lite - Foam Softball

The Hi.Per Lite foam softball, formerly called the SFT Ball, is great for training players at every level. For collegiate & high school players, the Hi.Per Lite's reduced weight design minimizes player fatigue and allows for the maximum number of quality reps during long training sessions. In addition, younger players can work on proper fundamentals without the fear of getting hurt or feeling negative bat vibration from mishits. The Hi.Per Lite is approved for use indoors and is perfect for practice in a gym. The Hi.Per Lite ball is also approved for use with most softball training machines.
